Awful payroll allocation as store manager, especiallly around holiday time, be prepaired to work up to 60 hour weeks so that hourly employees do not exceed 40 hrs. Absolutely no communication between senior managers. Never any positive reinforcement and will take advantage of "at will" company policy to terminate you for absolutely no reason. If you are looking to build your career or just getting back into the work force stay away. Much to riskie to work here.
