No salary credited on time infact no salary at all Fake promises by the management Manager don't know have any idea about what's going on

Pros

There is nothing good about the company!

Cons

No salary is paid from 6mnts, there are no other benefits like of medical, pf or anything ! Without salary they want work n work load will be increased every day ! You are not allowed to speak to the other employees casually management will interfere on that too.. Management is extremely talented to come up with excuses about the salary everytime to ask them ! Excuse will be like government is not paying the money hence we dont know when we will be able to pay you ! They have no answer for any question ! Your work is not valued.. If you want to waste your talent skills and time withpught getting paid this is the right place to join! Dont even think compensation or benefits as you won't get the basic salary only!

Pros

-They allow work from home -CEO is accessible

Cons

- Management is always confused about everything. No guidance. -Salaries are very low which does not get increased much in the next year as well. - Travel policy was terrible. If one would travel to their head office in Cochin, they would only pay for that fare. Lodging was rarely provided and even if it was provided to outside employees , they would expect employee to pay for all meals . When one comes all the way one does expect some time with their heads, But, no one is bothered and would make you wait whole day and in the end spend an hour maybe. - There were no PF or any benefits even though the employee size was definitely more than that required for PF to be imposed. -When they fired employees they wouldnt be bothered about one month notice even though when one signs the initial contract it is clearly mentioned about that one month. So, the company can just tell you in a week and expect you to miraculously find a new job asap. No one would say anything as everyone would need the salary which would obviously be credited the next month .
