Pros
I felt there were no pros for $12.00 an hour & $14.00 an hour as a Team Leader. Trust me ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME & energy you put into doing the paperwork & drug testing that must be done. I don't want to forget on the job training/orientation. There isn't any. I have nothing positive to say about this company.
Cons
Challenges. The way some of these Managers with the way the great some of these hard working employees. I feel they should be treated with respect no matter how hold they are. As I said above there job training/orientation is ridiculous. As for benefits you have to pay for your benefits up front out of your own pocket and there is no reimbursement. Who has that kind of money when your starting a new position. My suggestion go to a different company you will be much better off.
