Clearance process needs to improve. After resigining the job, I have to keep following up a lot for clearance. This was little hectic for me. But overall its good. They need to improve this process little bit

Some people in the team are decent.

They care more about making money than your well being. Poor management, they don't know how to care about other than themselves. Constant mental abuse. They talk behind the models and artists back. There's no advancement opportunity unless you're part of the bosses family.
