Nice environment where you are treated with respect. It's a typical startup in growth phase so there is a lot to do and you have possiblities to develop personally. There is also sports flatrate and and regular team events.
Cons
Sometimes there are changes from today to tomorrow. But I guess this is what startup is about :)
