Pros
I’ve had several work experiences before joining Ferryhopper, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for so far. The company has a very healthy culture: the team is young, teamwork is genuinely valued, communication is transparent, and the hierarchy is flat. The management team is also young, down-to-earth, and approachable, with a strong focus on building a healthy company both financially and from an HR perspective. Over the past few years, management has done a great job improving cross-functional collaboration and setting clearer priorities, which has given everyone a much clearer sense of direction. The workload is fair and sustainable, with very good work life balance. there are also opportunities for internal growth if you prove yourself, especially as the company continues to expand. The remote work policy is another strong advantage, offering a high level of flexibility. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ferryhopper as an employer.
Cons
As the company is growing rapidly, there can occasionally be conflicting priorities. However, over the past few years management has significantly improved the goal-setting process, providing much clearer direction and alignment on priorities.
