An extremely troubled and unstable company:
- Financial problems: debts and many of them
- Poor internal communications: ongoing interdepartmental issues meaning problems take longer to solved or don’t get solved at all
- Scared staff: seeing many of their colleagues let go and wondering who’s next…
- Product issues: faults with new packaging which has killed repeat purchasing habits
- Diminishing marketing budget: poor customer acquisition
- Constant stock issues: items sold out, discontinued and not delivered on time = angry and discontented customers
Heavy-handed management who like to point their fingers, yet don’t enable teams to improve the situation. Rude, belittling mannerisms and lack of accountability from the top.
