Unfortunately I am still working at Fabric, hopefully I can leave soon.
Seems like middle management's job is to keep upper management happy and have no care for customers. That resulted in bad products with really too many bugs. APIs are changing all the time and I doubt that architecture is modern enough to address new-gen use cases. Result is that, majority of customers are running away.
Way too much spending on external vendors.
Overall feels like no one understands where this is going and people are simply blaming each other.
Few people got laid off last week and i feel they are lucky one to get out with decent severance package. Rest who are here, its a ticking time bomb as I dont see how this can be fixed unless entire middle and upper management goes away.
