      Pros

      Great people, for the most part. Flexible work schedule, remote first.

      Cons

      Maybe it's getting better but it was a hot mess. Look up the former CFO who embezzled millions & is likely in prison by now. Leadership positions of the past were questionable at best. Proceed with caution.
