We take extreme care in hiring. The hiring process is slow and still, sometimes - the fit is not there. In such cases, the employee is asked to leave during or after the probation. Even then, we help in recommending them to organizations where they may be a better fit. Thank you for acknowledging the friendly employees. This doesn't happen at unhappy workplaces.
