Whilst we always appreciate open and candid feedback, it must be pointed out that this is quite a fake and misleading review. We don't have any Data Analysts who have worked with us for over a year. We did hire a junior data analyst who unfortunately was unable to keep up with the workload and have the necessary resilience to grow in a startup culture so we had to let them go. As every business, sometimes we do make mistakes with hires but as you can see from every single other review we have a very fair and transparent organisation that rewards talent and does its best to foster a culture where people can do their best work.
