Employees are hand picked to meet the culture and vision of the company. In doing so, my co-workers are my Friends and Family. Each and every one person works in collaboration with an amazing successful output internally and with clients. The company focuses on education, self-improvement and holds weekly team building meetings in conjunction with daily work. The owners work side by side with us and ask for feedback/input consistently.

The structure is flat leaving room for subjective growth. Growth is within yourself as a consultant and when one is used to the typical "promotion" environment, this can be difficult to know the path you are on. Other than that, I see no real cons to the company. My experience has been top notch.

Absolutely no pros working at this organization in the US and I suspect EMEA is not far behind, Australia is doing well business wise but will eventually follow the same path of the US and EMEA as a tiger cannot change its stripes!

Most toxic environment I have ever witnessed. Very unethical, unhealthy, and actually illegal HR practices amongst employees. This is a perpetual start-up stuck in the past and has no clue regarding the relationship between action and consequence. What worked for them years ago does not make them successful today. I have seen reviews here on middle management…? There is NO management in this company. The co-founder of the company has let his own personal life creep into the organization as a whole and is systematically destroying the business. No interest or belief they will change because their poor behavior has always been propped up financially by the rest of the business or out of the owners pocket. But hey - it’s their business, they can do what they want. Just ask any customer they’ve ever had… or ask them why they cannot reference any past clients they have had. If you have options for another job - run to that job! If I could give this company a negative 10 I would.
