- It's a small team so there's a genuine opportunity to shape the business and become spearheads within the changing financial services industry. My ideas and opinions are always listened to. - I am surrounded by smart, driven and thoughtful colleagues who genuinely care for each others' professional and personal development. - The founder is a firm believer in self-improvement so we have dedicated time for learning / improving. We also take it in turns to host monthly workshops to share knowledge. - Fully flexible working hours where a healthy work-life balance is 100% possible. - Lovely office space for coworking 1 day a week (with the option to work more if we want) and has a fully stocked fridge and pantry.

- Being a start-up, we are growing every day which means we're still occasionally 'doing things for the first time' and creating templates/processes as the need arises. - Our office is on a working farm with lots of friendly alpacas, goats and chickens (which we love!) - but if you're scared of animals it may be a con.

For me there are no cons, however if a start-up environment where you may be working on different projects simultaneously and doing things for the first time does not interest you, evolve may not be the best choice.
