Pros

There are absolutely no pros of working here.

Cons

1. Weak leadership 2. Lazy Product Managers who provide ambiguous requirements and expect the engineering teams to do their job of defining requirements, and then code as well 3. 0 job security- They will fire you without a warning and over email, by giving untrue reasons 4. No perks 5. Incompetent technical managers, who are just people managers with weak technical understanding 6. No career growth

Pros

I've currently been at etf.com for almost two years and have found it to be a fast-paced, fun growing environment that encourages teams to cross-collaborate and work together for the overall success of the brand,

Cons

Can't think of one other than wanting to have all of the team in-person more. The best brainstorming happens in person : )

Pros

- Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally - Company understands work-life balance and actually respects that. - Culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. - You get to work with top thought leaders in the industry -- smart, collaborative, willing to share (you typically don't get such easy access and support) - Our clients are top name brands and we are doing incredible things that impact the way business is done across the world. That's powerful! (and fun to be associated with) - This is a place you can call home; many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others

Cons

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at ETF.com.
