I've currently been at etf.com for almost two years and have found it to be a fast-paced, fun growing environment that encourages teams to cross-collaborate and work together for the overall success of the brand,

Can't think of one other than wanting to have all of the team in-person more. The best brainstorming happens in person : )

No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company.
