Best in Class small tech company that is growing. Provides a dynamic and fast paced environment to learn the tech business and make a difference. New leadership is driving a strong company vision and investment is being made in evolving the technology and the best people. The best people (and it's the majority of the people) in the company are passionate, committed, willing to learn/grow all with a can do attitude!
Cons
There are some middle management growing pains that are being addressed as the company scales. Great people are being hired to fill these roles and will be instrumental for future growth. Frustration exists among many who left the company after working at eshots for a number of years due to the cultural shifts that needed to take place to grow.
