      he hires weak people from other competitors, he can’t keep people in his company in long term and a few months later people leave, because of his weakness.

      Cons

      Moody owner, no knowledge about system and Quality Assurance Process, because of that he lost all his good managers long time ago

      Pros

      The people that work here are for the most part genuinely nice. The owner does care and wants things to be the best they can be. Quality of products is also high.

      Cons

      Communication is very poor, especially between the manufacturing side and the front office. Resources are scarce and people are overworked with constantly shifting projects and priorities. Nothing ever seems to actually get done.
