Pros
-Friendly people (for the most part) -Free product -Great snacks in the office -Great work/life balance -Decent benefits and PTO policy -Fun work excursions and volunteer opportunities
Cons
-Not very transparent though they claim to be -Growth opportunities aren't always clearly laid out nor are they well thought out -Review process was lengthy and always a fight to receive what's deserved/earned -Some of the upper management made things extremely difficult if they didn't like you -Salary is a little bit of a joke. Bonuses are rare and small in most cases
