Pros
Company advertises benefits that never really materialize so beware. Some hard working teams but the low morale and what they are put through is painful to watch!
Cons
Senior management are a mess, making very chaotic decisions along the way , poor work ethics and micro management at all levels. Company run by group of family friends which is part of the problem as they will do everything to protect themselves and blame everything on others but them. Plus they keep promoting within the same group ! -Company is a rotating door of people coming in and out due to the toxic and directionless environment making it an unstable place to work at. -Operations is a mess with the wrong people heading the team and again the micro-management and general lack of knowing how to get things done is exhausting at all levels. -Low employee morale as teams put in long of hours due to indecisiveness and people being overworked making it hard to get the best of people. People doing the good work are often under constant pressure and don't last long in the company. -Nobody to manage projects- good people hired in the past walked out the door in few weeks. --Feedback goes to deaf ears. No proper HR either to address issues . Whilst the appeal of joining a fast paced startup exists, eonx is an example of a startup gone wrong. They have some good teams but all that is drowned in the poor culture, directionless and unprofessional senior management. Anyone looking to join eonx please look at the very high attrition rate and make a decision yourself. There are red flags all over the place-previously knows as Loyalty Corp and had very negative feedback even then. They are trying hard to re-brand but with the same people heading the company nothing will change.
