Pros

On time salary Pf Free torture Free experience of politics being played by management. Appreciation(fake) by management. Which is not considered during appraisal meetings.

Cons

3 years contract Cheap tricks by management Negative environment No salary hike No rules followed by management Managers can take any decision like employees can be fired any time inspite of bond aggreement. But employees can't resign before 3 years if they do do then they are not provided experience letters and their original documents seized by company.

Pros

Enexion Energy has been a fantastic place to work! The environment is incredibly positive and supportive, with everyone being incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air to be surrounded by such a collaborative and encouraging team. I've never felt overwhelmed with work, and there's always a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. It's truly a great place to grow and learn, and I highly recommend it!

Cons

While Enexion Energy is generally a great place to work, there are a few areas where improvement could be made. Sometimes communication can be a bit slow, leading to occasional misunderstandings or delays. It would be helpful to have more consistent and transparent communication across the company. However, the overall positive aspects of the company far outweigh this minor drawback.
