      Great team Excellent atmosphere in the office people really try to help each other out

      Majority of the projects have timelines or goals that are unreachable with the resources available Little to no communication on project outline, status, future, or any relevant data Lots of unanswered questions regarding future of projects and where you can develop your skills

      Pros

      None they are horrible people.

      Cons

      They make you sign a non-compete and try to prevent you from leaving but they can’t keep employees. They underpay and the benefits are a joke.
