Pros
endevis is a growing company with a solid grasp on RPO as well as direct staffing etc. Training is lacking for new employees but if you are a smart capable individual you should pick up on tasks quickly. The family office vibe is great andeveryone gets along. Management makes holidays fun and gets to know all the staff. Most managers are approachable, understanding, and helpful.
Cons
The office is open concept in a small area and the noise is overwhelming at times, even for the candidates we manage over the phone. Flexibility and work life balance are talked about often and is used for recruitment, but flexibility is not the feeling most people in the office get. 8-5 is basically mandatory and many would rather have a half hour for lunch, or being a salary employee, would like to be able to flex out hours when needed to accommodate clients on different time zones without adding to hours already worked, especially when work is getting done and extra hours aren't needed to complete those tasks outside of 8-5. Flexibility can also depend on your manager- in recruiting the norm is actually a home office but it seems very frowned upon unless your sick or the roads are bad. The company offers 3 paid sick days, and I would like to see a true salary mentality and the ability to take sick days as needed with no limit for salary employees or an increase in days. You have many working Mom's and Dad's in office and some are single parents. 3 days goes fast and you can't even carry it over.
