Solid core offering with good market awareness for a company this size, and strong capabilities in the product roadmap. New product leadership addressing some of past challenges and stitching together disparate products that were brought in via acquisitions. Global team, global clients. Generally supportive and friendly culture that values loyalty and cares about retaining talent.

Lack of strategic clarity and focus. Founders are well-liked but often seem distant from the day-to-day, and leadership does not seem to be on the same page. Wide variance in productivity/contributions across the team, with quite a few superstars but a also too many known performance issues.
