Pros

enCompass Solutions Group is flexible with staff and very family minded when it comes to home & work life balance. We have many high calibre clients and the employees strive to maintain exceptional customer service. Problem solving technical issues can be quite stressful at times when completing projects but that's the nature of the industry. Our clients rely heavily on our exceptional customer service and attention to detail to help them through and get them back up and running with as little down time as possible.

Cons

If you need your hand to be held with every little micro step, this isn't the company for you! Lol You need to be able to think a bit on your own and problem solve through issues. There will always be someone who can help assist but like any job, there's an element of your own problem solving that needs to be done.

Pros

The work is challenging, interesting, and rewarding. It offers strong exposure to industrial control projects and a chance to work with a wide range of people and industries. Great starting point for early career development but not recommended if you are an established professional looking to grow.

Cons

Company has outgrown its internal structure. Processes are inconsistent, outdated, or missing. Teams are stretched thin, output suffers under pressure, and turnover is common. Management to technical staff ratio too high for an engineering company. Core focus seems to be on sales and revenue than technical leadership, staffing, and systems needed to support sustainable delivery.
