      Pros

      I loved my team, managers were awesome. Basically - I did my work heads down, management did not bother me at all. Clients were great for the most part. Also, management did a great job of fielding any issues from clients. Upper management/board of directors was also great. Absolutely AMAZING work life balance as well.

      Cons

      Contract only, there was no FTE opportunity at the time.

      Small company with great people. The leadership team is excellent and fair.

      The team is fully remote with very infrequent opportunities to work face to face.
