- ekino is part of the Havas group which is a good USP - nice people and working environment - good data and analytics function - autonomy to run projects as you want without too much oversight although this is changing - future facing / focus on data, AI and emerging tech - good tools and systems in place to allow you to do your job as best possible - some good perks- birthday off, Xmas closure, Thursday drinks
Cons
-no training and development - HR fairly non existent - lack of overall vision - its not really clear what kind of agency ekino wants to be and where its going - leadership and senior management non existent - not enough new projects to freshen things up, too many legacy accounts with little or no growth potential - quite traditional in ways of working - need to adopt more agile principles and up skill teams
