This company is a good choice if you want to learn AWS. Person with around 3-5 years of experience will get good opportunities in terms of project and personal growth. The company has hybrid work model so dont need to go to office every day. Timings are flexible. If you perform above average you will get good increments. (No applicable for more than 6-7 years of experience.
Cons
No good for experienced people like leads or managers. Also the management team lacks professionalism. Although this might not affect at personal level sometimes. But it is affecting the growth of the company. Not recommended for long term stay.
