      Pros

      - Culture is good, there's lots of trust - Plenty of opportunities to take ownership - Very diverse and fun set of colleagues - No stagnation, you'll always have new projects to work on. Each one being a unique challenge, each one in a new domain

      Cons

      The usual cons of doing project work apply here too - Some projects might not fit to your taste (but you are never forced to do a specific project) - Sometimes there's too much work pressure, sometimes too little - Lots of projects are small scale (But there's an internal push to get bigger projects now)

      - Great atmosphere, people are really open and helpful, also company events are fun - Great place to grow as a student - They give real ownership of projects to working students, which helps you get real experience on the field

      Cons

      - Having ownership as a student is a big pro for me but can also be challenging to have a real responsibility and also the university at the same time
