Pros

Over-all this was a great place to work. I learned a LOT and had several pay increases in a short time. The owners seem to care about their people and the people who work there mostly love what they do. A few specifics: 1) Great culture and work space 2) Fun & creative people 3) They build awesome things 4) Exciting atmosphere 5) Flexible schedule 6) Free candy and snacks

Cons

This company has grown pretty quickly over the last few years and it's been hectic at times. I think that they take on too many projects, which results in long hours at times because people are tasked with difficult work. They also work with WAY too many start up clients, who are never appreciative and are difficult to please.

Pros

The company is 100% remote at this point, as the company recently subleased our office space to offset the unused space expenses. The company is exceptionally accommodating for its employees, with everyone in management and team leads offering whatever support they can during times of trial and sickness. Office parties are always interesting, if not a bit questionable in taste, but always fun. I've never felt pressured to perform, and yet I am always fairly well informed of what I should be aiming to accomplish at any given time. We are given fairly free reigns so long as we communicate well and can show progress and purpose.

Cons

It's a smaller company, and as such, it's much more dependant on the ebb and flow of the current economy. On more than one occasion in the past 3 years, we've dropped to reduced hours to accommodate. Also, as it's a small company, hiring happens pretty slowly, since a lot of our overhead is used on current projects and platforms, and new hire processes end up on the back burner.
