      Willing to work with school schedules- great training

      Cons

      - management in the store is poor and you are made to feel like a slave not a part of the team. - human resources does nothing to support employees for satisfaction and productivity to ensure that the workplace is always running efficiently - doesn't support employees when they ask for help
