Pros

I never found anything positive about this company during my working tenure

Cons

Where do I start from... 1) No introduction - The day of joining there was no induction given, no training about the work or any briefing about the job profile provided. 2) No proper training or OJT (on job training) provided - Another colleague of mine gave training about how to work or what needs to be done. They completely operate on Gmail and Excel whose passwords are never shared with any of the employees, so if you need to log in you need to wait for your supervisor (who will never respond on time) to provide the credentials via screenshare. 3) Chaotic Data Maintenance - There are multiple people working on those common excels and gmail accounts which causes a massive confusion if something or someone edits your saved data. It's chaotic. 4) No Social Interaction - You are not allowed to interact with any other employee, even if you have a question about work or anything it needs to be only asked to your supervisor. 5) No respect for your break hour - Break is for an hour, however I was always called in between to join any meeting at random. The meetings were abrupt and never scheduled. 6) No respect for employees - They are not at all employee centric. If you are in an accident or even in a terrible condition they are least bothered about your well being and are only concerned about their work to be completed. 7) Disrespectful Authorities - The supervisors or higher authorities do not have any professionalism or decency of talking to their employees. They treat your like slaves. There's horrible attitude and demeaning statements used. It's not at all professional and in my entire work history I never had such insulting managers. 8) Zero transparency - I worked additional 4-5 hours everyday considering the work load and requirement. I voluntarily did that. However when my salary came, I was not compensated. When I questioned, they replied stating since you're under probation you're not eligible for overtime. So why wasn't this informed prior? They instead gave me theories about dedication and gaining experience. Corporates DO NOT operate like that. It's sheer exploitation. 9) Zero Management - Your work would never be assigned on time. It's such a mess. They don't follow any schedule or assignment of work / tasks that need to be done. It'll all be last moment so that you have to extend your shift and complete that. 10) Different Work than your Job Profile - I was hired as an Employment Verification Officer, but I was assigned work for client emails, report generation, order creation and what not. Additionally I even was supposed to check others work. 11) Expectations not Understood - I don't understand why during the interview they ask about "what are your expectations?" I mean I had clearly stated I am looking out to grow and get on a better position. Unfortunately they were making me work like an Account Manager in just 3 weeks of my joining, without anything official. One of my colleague is working like that since an year, without anything on paper. So growth is completely tossed out of the window. There is no work life balance. You sleep, wake up, work, sleep. That's what your life gets to. I couldn't accustom to this kind of lifestyle, nor have I ever experienced this with my prior company. They just want you to slog and work like slaves.

Pros

Fast dynamics. Energetic and bold despite the bad economy out there. CEO is a great leader and have great visions. Glad to be working with him. Learning is abundant. Also glad to see no whining interns.

Cons

Might take a short quite to adjust to the face dynamic.

Pros

I learn from being an average person into a “professional”. My supervisor has been supportive, with a pleasant demeanor and the ability to inspire. Their guidance has helped me transition from a state of uncertainty to having a clearer sense of direction and defined goals.

Cons

This isn't the kind of job where your supervisor is gonna babysit you. You can't expect supervisor to spoon-feed you. Although I am a GenZ and I started as intern, I found many colleagues, esp part-time, or interns, are very immature. These GenZs expect other people to entertain them on every little task and they hold grudges over every minor matter. Also, those with tons of excuses would struggle to keep up with the pace.
