The manager who i work with 1. when he back to the office, I have to shout good morning to him, so all the people see it and make him so cool (only me have to) 2. Always checking how much work you did like insurance company, and always compare to other people e.g why XXX can do 10 and you only can do this etc 3. the company a super small, 2 table need 3-4 people to share 4. can not talk to people at all, He will said this is cross team and very sensitive. 5. Lunch hour is super bad, have to eat with your manager or eat alone, lunch time can be 11pm and the latest lunch is 4pm (lunch time should be 1 hour but sometimes only 40 minute 6. can not talk with people in company, can not press phone, can not go out alone lunch time and also after work all people have to leave alone, not allow leave with colleague 7. always OT 1.5 hours is must, often OT can be 2-3 hours etc and sometimes they call is a head night which have to work until 10-11pm 8. The manager who I follow is super unfair and always angry to the boys, but very nice to the girls 9. if you make a mistake, shout at you is must a (1-2 hours) 10. only 7 days holiday, super low paid and super long working hours 11. everyday have a meeting that Constantly making you embrace their value 12. manager a always angry to people.
