      Pros

      Only pro that i can think about this place that there are few people who are working really hard to make things happen in this company and you can learn few great things from them.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance| CEO does not have any idea what he is going to do with this company. Work hours gets extended till 9-9:30 PM almost everyday|| 6 days working and some of the Sundays are working too. Lack of any structure and CEO changes the plan for his employees on everyday basis. They hire a lot of freshers and fire them without giving them their compensation within 1-2 months.

      Pros

      - Great work culture, you get the ownership of your task unless you're not being lazy and do nothing. - Motivates new talent and ideas. - Everyone is treated as equal, there are no sirs and no mams. - You have an issue the management takes care of it. - You are given an opportunity to put in your ideas and views about anything, be it work related issue or management issue.

      Cons

      - Sometimes, work gets hectic but who do not have that issue, again if you love what you do there's nothing that will challenge you.
