1. Excellent work atmosphere and flexibility. 2. Good understanding between employees and management, everyone is very supportive. 3. Throws great challenges everyday, in terms of learning there is no limit, got a sea of knowledge. 4. Gets an opportunity to work on cutting edge technology. 5. My IT career has moved at rocket speed.

I don't see any concerns working at ecomZera.

Understanding various Open source technologies is OK

1. Very poor Management 2. They preach but never put it into practice 3. Very Partial (The management gives priority to those employees who suck up to them, rest of the employees are like worthless) 4. They established the organization in Nov 2005 but still call themselves as a start-up 5. The company is always in losses 6. Last but not the least, NO JOB SECURITY. They can hire & fire you anytime they want.
