Great people, navigational processes, and high sense of urgency in making things happen. Have an idea or improvement?...all eyes and ears! Access to management always available.

Limited resources (since smaller organization before purchased by Western Union), low opportunity for bonus, sometimes too unstructured, more business development required for faster scaling.

Great place to work, they appreciate and support new ideas and concepts. No micro managers, they allow independnt thinking which is great. They are very advanced for a smaller start up company in terms of processes and procedures. I was impressed, coming from large co's before I could not be happier with my choice. Good at providing stock options. Great people

No 401k. Not big on regular salary increases so be sure to negotiate a good starting salary- Other than that everything is great here
