      Layoffs in the past few years have left things feeling uncertain and unstable with frequent changes. No chance to grow outside of those in middle management

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
