      Unlimited PTO, a FUN Committee that is a collaborative space to rebuild culture and make work fun, a group of supportive leaders that are open to change and ideas from people of all levels, an engaging, rewarding environment that fosters growth and lets everyone come as they are.

      I don't have any cons to share as I believe there are ebbs and flows in every workplace. We tackle the challenging times together, and always have.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
