      -Unlimited Time Off -Friday's out by 2pm -Remote-first workplace -Management is pretty transparent -Open atmosphere -Great values and culture

      Cons

      -3% employee 401k match isn't competitive to other companies -Intercompany communication could be better -Owned by a PE firm

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
