      Pros

      potentially interesting business model. some decent hr policies. probably a good place if you're starting your career and want to be in Hartford area.

      Cons

      ill conceived acquisition and ramp up to scale company but then required a massive downsizing (admittedly was part of that downsizing). bought a great company but didn't appropriately integrate the people, culture, clients and solutions of the acquisition.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
