      Pros

      Work life balance is great here! I feel heard and apart of the organization, not like just a number. Coworkers are always willing to help and assist each other and other departments. Unlimited PTO, can it get better than that! I feel validated as a person of color within this organization.

      Cons

      There could be better communication interdepartmentally at times, this is the only thing that can be a little frustrating at times however this is not a daily thing.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
