      your day to day peers are lovely individuals, good PTO policy

      Cons

      laid off ~30 percent of the work place but nobody from leadership got touched, interesting.

      Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We did have to make the hard decision to exit the promotions agency business and focus exclusively on the loyalty business which did result in layoffs. Team members at all levels were reviewed prior to making those decisions.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
