3yThank you for taking the time to write a review. We understand you may be feeling negatively as a result of the company layoff a month ago. We did have to make the hard decision to exit the promotions agency business and focus exclusively on the loyalty business which did result in layoffs. However, the loyalty and direct businesses are very healthy and will continue to drive profitable business in the future. Additionally, although we did see an increase in turnover rate for a time as did many other companies, we saw that level out and will continue to look for ways to implement suggestions made that we find will continue to build culture.
