      Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We did have to make the hard decision to leave the promotions agency business and focus exclusively on the loyalty business which did result in layoffs. However, the loyalty and direct businesses are very healthy and will continue to drive profitable business in the future.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
