Pros
I started my career as Data Analyst in EA. EA is one of the companies that help one to grow in multiple domains. Even though my core job was of analytics, I was able to gain knowledge about how business decisions are to made. I also got an opportunity to work on R&D in multiple domains like E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, Netowek Analytics etc. to name a few. And interestingly each project we took up helped me to get exposed and learn various roles - team member, team lead etc. I was also fortunate enough to get a patent filed for one of the product designed in Healthcare domain. Overall, it is a place for anyone who would like to grow well and achieve big in life.
Cons
The company constantly pushes one to work smart to achieve various goals. So, if you are person who breaks even under minimal pressure, EA is not a company for you.
