      Pros

      I spent some of my best working years at Eaga Plc. The staff, the chairman and the ethos of the company is what made me stay for over 8 wonderful years. I truly miss this company and wish the boss didn't have to resign.

      Boss resigning, new management without the same vision. May have been due to other reasons not specified to the wider group.
