Just provides inflation rate over basic salary

Toxic environment No salary on time. Always delay in salary about 4 to 7 days. Managers have a political group within the organisation. If we ask for timely salary they treat us like a baggers. No annual leaves approved No leave encashment No yearly increment. Seathana culture. Poor current management. No work appreciation. Taunting management.
