Pros

the deli is great, and the staff are really nice and doing there best to help one another through the appalling treatment. Staff are also very talented but this company cant identify real talent let alone retain or promote it. There are no other advantages, you even have to pay to park at the office

Where can you start with so much wrong with this group of companies (Brandpath, Expansys, Dataselect, PJ MEdia) - not even worth a 1 star rating.... just an appalling treatment of talented young staff who deserve positive role models and moral leadership. Its typical for a company that is not in control of their business to control their staff... too many cameras and compulsory office attendance, every move is watched. Here's some 21st century advice; its all about productivity, incentivize your staff to produce more with less, check the MBA books guys... move your company into the 21st century and stop cheating and exploiting your staff

Pros

Good people genuine care for the will being of the US side of the company Decent benefits and vacation time - management attempts to assist you when needed or asked. Good team enviroment

Cons

International company with horrible communication between international offices. Little hope for promotion. Pay is on the lowest end of the national average for the positions. Rearly ever a raise not even cost of living.
