Professional and meaningful job makes me want to go to work every day.

i don't see a very obvious cons for this company

The CEO is nice, at least. That's really the only pro I can think of.

Where to begin? - In the time I was there, 8 people left the company not including me. - Abusive manager. - Unmanageable workload. - Changing daily expectations - my job was not well-defined and I found myself being saddled with work that was not part of my job description but work that I was expected to know how to perform. - TOXIC office environment. A lot of lying to your face happens here, a lot of vague threats are made on a daily basis. - The pay is LOW for the amount of work you need to perform. The benefits are TERRIBLE. Unless you're trying to break in to project management at an entry level, avoid avoid avoid! Even their touted "you can learn a lot at this job" mentality is hindered by the fact that you are always so busy and so stressed out that you don't have the time to learn anything.
