Pros

Honestly, I found very few positives. The company culture and work environment were better a few years ago, but in my experience, they have declined over time.

Cons

The main issue was not with colleagues, but with management and the way the company operates. Product planning lacks consistency, and requirements are often unclear or frequently changed even after development has started. As a result, teams are forced into repeated rework, shifting priorities, and extended working hours, making it difficult to maintain stable delivery. Over the past year, the work environment has noticeably declined. Workload is consistently high, and decision-making can feel inconsistent or biased. Communication from management could be more structured and respectful, especially during challenging situations, as employees often feel undervalued. Freshers are often brought in through paid internships, but the actual learning experience does not always match expectations. In some cases, job security also feels uncertain, with employees feeling they can be let go without much notice. While a few individuals may get learning opportunities if closely aligned with leadership priorities, structured growth opportunities are limited for most employees. Overall, the environment and culture were better a few years ago, but have deteriorated since then. Anyone considering joining should be aware that if you value your self and a healthy work-life balance, this may not be the best workplace for you.

Pros

Good to learrn new skills as fresher as more responsiblity so they will learn more

Cons

Work pressure is extremely high; sometimes you need to work 12–13 hours on deployment days. There is office politics and bias toward relatives of senior employees in the company. The salary structure is overly complicated, with a variable pay system and several unnecessary components that mostly benefit the company rather than the employees. The CEO and management staff are extremely arrogant and often treat employees like laborers. The company hires freshers and takes advantage of them by making them work for 6 months to 1 year without a stipend. After onboarding, they pay them for only 3–6 months and then terminate their employment.
