Pros
Able to answer all of my questions and support me with my on-boarding process. Was able to provide me with correct information for the position I was entering. Made sure I had all my paperwork done that was required to start at a massive company. Monika Biswas was always there when I needed her.
Cons
They are not in the same country as me, which means I am unable to go into the office if need be. The time recording software is not on the same website your employment profile is on.
