This is hands down the most welcoming, accepting and compassionate company I have ever worked for. You are not treated like a number, but instead valued for your individuality and uniqueness. I am so proud to work for a company that truly cares about their both their employees and their customers.

This is a start-up environment, and that's not for everyone.

In the early days, before the company was acquired by private equity, it was a fun and fast-paced environment. Although it could be stressful at times, I believe that experience significantly contributed to my current success in my job. The leadership team, composed of strong female leaders, worked diligently to identify each employee's strengths and place us in roles where we could excel. While this might sound overly sentimental, they were actually quite tough and taught me how to use my voice and advocate for myself.

After the acquisition, the company underwent a complete transformation and lost sight of the customers' needs. All the female leaders left, and the organization was consolidated under another "sibling" organization run by men in Utah (draw your own conclusions). This shift resulted in a lack of female leadership and created a "bro culture" that felt cult-like and was characterized by mediocrity.
